Vanguard Rehabilitation Physicians of Texas was founded by Dr. Margaret Oni in 2018. Dr. Oni is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Board Certified in Brain Injury Medicine. Dr. Oni's outpatient PM&R clinic was established in 2019 to serve clients with disabilities in the Greater Houston community. Dr Oni has additional training and expertise in Aesthetic Medicine. She has extensive experience using Botox, Xeomin and Dysport injectables. We offer Cosmetic services to treat forehead, frown, crow's feet, and other facial lines to help you look your best!

MEET DR.
MARGARET ONI
Dr. Margaret B. Oni is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist in Katy, Texas. She completed her Medical School training at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Oni then went on to complete Residency at Baylor College of Medicine/UT-Houston PM&R Alliance. This was followed by Fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine at TIRR Memorial Hermann Hospital.
Dr. Oni is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Board Certified in Brain Injury Medicine. Dr. Oni specializes in performing cosmetic Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport injections. Our goal is to help you look your best in every aspect of life!
